How To Request Account Deletion

Send an email to:digitag.teamc@gmail.com
Use the subject line:Delete My DigiTag Account
Include your registered email address or username in the email.
Our support team will verify and process your deletion request.

Profile and uploaded content
Associated user activity data

Retention & Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically completed within 7–30 business days. Certain information may be temporarily retained if required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
